Commencing at a point on the county line between Queens and Kings County where it intersects with township line # 49; thence westwardly along said township line to township line # 36; thence northwardly along said township line to the Mooney Road (Route # 257);thence westwardly along said road, Whites Road (Route # 257) and Bethel Road (Route # 215) to Fullertons Marsh and the Hillsborough River; thence westwardly along said river to an extension of East River Drive; thence southwardly along said extension and drive to the Bunbury Road; thence eastwardly along said road to the Mason Road; thence southwardly along said road to the Trans Canada Highway and the Georgetown Road; thence southwardly along said Georgetown Road to the Bellevue Road; thence westwardly along said road and an extension thereof to the Keppoch Road; thence eastwardly along said road to Lighthouse Lane; thence southwardly along said lane and an extension thereof to Northumberland Strait; thence along the shore to Orwell Cove and Newtown River; thence eastwardly along said river to the Trans Canada Highway (Route # 1); thence southwardly along said highway to the Newtown Road (Route # 211); thence eastwardly along said road to the Murray Harbour Road (Route # 24); thence southwardly along said road to the Valleyfield Road (Route # 326); thence eastwardly along said road to the county line between Queens and Kings County; thence northwardly along said county line to township line # 49 to the point of commencement and includes Governors Island.
