Allister has lived and farmed in Avondale since 1984. For the past 15 years he has worked as a school bus driver, and was the Vernon River Fire Department’s fire chief for the past 10 years.

Allister’s involvement in the community has included being a member of the PEI Marketing Board, a volunteer firefighter and fire chief, as well as being an integral part of various organic organizations.

He is a both a father of five and a proud grandfather. As an avid camper, Allister loves taking trips throughout our province and also enjoys visiting family in Nova Scotia.

He believes in the PEI Liberal Party and believes he can be an asset to the party and the province. “There’s a lot to be done – we need to strengthen our healthcare system, improve senior care, and protect our shorelines and forests” say Allister.

“I ask for your support so that we can continue to work together to make a difference in our community.”
